These Terms of Service govern access to sweatervxak.com and every purchase completed through it. By browsing the site, registering an account, or submitting an order, you accept these terms in full. A person who does not accept these terms must stop using the site. Hk Hi Reach Development Co., Limited may decline service to any person at any time.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Products and Availability
All clothing items are described with measurements, fabric composition, and color details on each product page. Minor variation in color, texture, and finish occurs between production batches. Availability changes continuously, and an order is accepted only when Hk Hi Reach Development Co., Limited issues an order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, Hk Hi Reach Development Co., Limited cancels that item and returns the amount paid for it.
Pricing and Payment
Prices appear in the currency shown at checkout and exclude duties or taxes imposed by the destination jurisdiction. You are responsible for those charges. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. Hk Hi Reach Development Co., Limited accepts the payment methods presented at checkout, each subject to the verification requirements of the processing provider.
Shipping and Risk
Orders are dispatched to the address supplied at checkout. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and by the carrier assigned to the shipment, and the applicable estimate is displayed at checkout before payment. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records delivery. You must inspect each parcel on arrival and report any discrepancy under the damaged goods provisions stated below.
Returns: 14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
Hk Hi Reach Development Co., Limited operates a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may return any unworn clothing item within 14 days of the delivery date without providing a reason. The 14 days period begins on the date the carrier records delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors and stains, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Items marked as final sale, intimate apparel, and pierced jewelry are excluded from the 14 days no-reason refund policy for hygiene reasons. A return that arrives after the 14 days period, or that fails the condition requirements, is rejected and shipped back to the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. A claim must include the order number, photographs of the item, and photographs of the packaging. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted. Hk Hi Reach Development Co., Limited reviews each valid claim and provides a replacement or a full refund. This 7 days period is separate from the 14 days no-reason refund policy and does not extend it.
Refund Processing and Timing
Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days from the date Hk Hi Reach Development Co., Limited approves the return. This period covers inspection, approval, and the transfer executed by the payment provider. The amount is credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Banking systems and card issuers may add further processing time beyond the 14 days minimum stated here.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from approval. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Hk Hi Reach Development Co., Limited submits the refund instruction without delay, and the remaining time is controlled by PayPal and by the financial regulations of the customer's region. The 30 days maximum applies only in regions where local law requires an extended settlement window.
